Test Before You Spend: Synthetic AI Research for Creative Confidence
Challenge
Creative teams were presenting work to clients and getting "I'm not sure" back. Revision cycles dragged on — not because the work was bad, but because there was no data anchoring the conversation. Traditional research was too expensive and too slow to run on early-stage creative concepts. So decisions came down to whoever argued most convincingly in the room.
Solution
Built a synthetic research model that simulates target audience responses to creative concepts before they go to real users. AI personas, built from JTBD mapping and audience research, evaluate creative options across the dimensions that drive actual decisions: resonance, clarity, motivation to act. The system runs in hours, costs a fraction of traditional research, and produces structured feedback — not gut check, but ranked rationale across multiple concepts.
Results
Creative reviews shifted from opinion to evidence. Revision cycles shortened because teams arrived at client meetings with data, not just instinct. Clients could see why one direction tested stronger than another — and that made approvals faster and confidence in final work higher.
